Libs and gun control freaks everywhere are in full whining mode about this new ad from the NRA. They say it’s “getting personal” and bringing the president’s children into the debate.
What they are NOT saying is that it’s not 100% accurate. The left likes to say “if even one life can be saved by these gun control measures, we have an obligation to take them.” Why will they not apply the same rationale to putting armed guards in the schools? If even one life can be saved…wouldn’t they have an obligation to take this step?
The Obama administration’s refusal to consider this common-sense approach to protecting our schools betrays their true aim in this debate…which is to continue their assault on our 2nd Amendment rights, and eventually eliminate the people’s ability to oppose an oppressive government.
