With the start of the new year, I didn't make any new years resolution but I promised myself that I would try to take better care of myself since my kids told me that they want me to live for a very long time. Therefore, the first step to even trying to get myself right in my opinion is detoxification. Sure there are many drinks and such out there to help you through this but through my reading, I haven't found anything with the results of the Master Cleanse program by Stanley Burroughs. One of the main reasons to start this program is due to overweight which has become a problem. I feel that my body's digestive system needs and rest and cleansing and to eliminate unusable waste and hardened material in the joints and muscles this is deemed a great program. How long am I going to go on this program? Well the program can last anywhere from 10 days to 40 days. The minimum for me is 10 days and that is taking this juice comprised of Lemon/Lime juice, Grade B maple syrup, Cayenne pepper and much water. This is not a "diet" but a cleansing that everyone should do at least once a year to get all of that undigested material out of your body that easily makes you sick and even overweight. One of the benefits is that you "could" lose weight but having a healthy inside is seriously better than having a healthy outside.
